We offer ecotherapy - also known as nature therapy, green therapy, or earth-centered therapy.  Therapy is conducted outdoors, while walking or hiking, experiencing the regenerative powers of the outdoors.  Improve your mood, manage your stress, ease anxiety and decrease depression as we breathe the air and feed our souls.
